What your workspace stores
When you create an account, Sitequiet stores your name, email address, a hashed password, workspace branding, websites you add, monitoring results, and incident history. Passwords are never stored as plain text. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days.
Website checks
Sitequiet requests the public website URLs you provide and records availability and response times. If configured, it checks the returned HTML for a lead form. It does not submit forms or store the HTML response as part of the monitoring history. Never add private credentials or sensitive personal data to monitored URLs.
Analytics on your client websites
If you add the Sitequiet tracker script to a website, it sends page views and the custom events you choose to your workspace. Sitequiet records the page, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, country and UTM campaign parameters for those visits. You are responsible for describing this collection in that website’s own privacy notice.
Hosting and storage
The production service is hosted on Vercel. Workspace data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL. Reports are generated from your workspace data. If outbound email is configured and you request delivery, the recipient address and report content are processed by the email provider.
Demo data
The demo workspace uses sample information and saves your demo changes in your browser’s local storage. It does not create an account. You can remove demo data by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Your control
You can delete monitored websites from the dashboard. This removes their associated checks and incidents. Stored check history is bounded to keep workspaces manageable. Browser storage and session cookies can be cleared at any time. This launch version does not include automated account deletion or a dedicated support inbox; an operator can remove an account directly from its database.
Analytics and advertising on Sitequiet
Sitequiet does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting providers may process operational logs needed to run the service. Fonts are served from Sitequiet’s own domain.
